I have had this trainer for about a month in a half now and I love it. It comes with a onwers manual and do your dog a favor and read the whole thing first. This trainer can be a great tool with used properly. I bought the trainer becasue my male rottie wouldn't listen when he wanted to mark. I would call him and he would just ignore me and contine to mark. Now all I have to do is call him and if he ignores I use the beep function.
