I purchased a smaller Armakat Cat Tree a few years ago, which had a great-looking design, but was VERY wobbly. Eventually, the cats had completely destroyed it, so I replaced it with the more-substantial B3803.

While all cat trees are ugly, this one has an especially ugly color of carpet. It's not the medium blue you see in the picture, but a brighter and more "1991" shade of blue. However, I didn't buy it to look pretty, I bought it to give my 2 adult kitties a place to scratch and to play.

While the scratching posts are pretty standard - and fairly high quality - the levels are a bit awkward. The cat shown in the pictures is a small kitten, but I figured my 12 lb Calico would still fit in the domed areas. She partially fits in them, but it is slightly too awkward for her to enjoy using them. The platforms themselves are just slightly too small to make for a really comfy spot for her, too. My smaller cat, an 8lb fuzzball, fits on the platforms well, but even she is a little too small to fit easily in the domed areas (though she tries).

All these problems aside, this cat tree is a deal. It's cheap, easy to put together, and a pretty good size for 2-4 cats. It's not too big to fit in a nook in my 700 square-foot apartment, and it isn't too small for more than one cat to use at a time.Get more detail about Armarkat Cat Tree Model B3803, Ivory.

This is a nice cat tree. It wobbles a little bit though, so it's definitely a good idea to keep it against a wall or mounted. The cubby-hole is the perfect size for our fat cat to hang out it. Toys that come with are cheap- but hey- I'm sure you're not looking to buy a cat tree just for the toys that it comes with. Overall, I'm pretty darn pleased (though wobbly, I would buy again.)

Armarkat Classic Cat Tree Model B6802, Ivory Buy Now

This cat tree comes disassembled and must be put together. However, this is not complicated and quickly done. We got it in the Ivory color (not sure it comes in other colors) and really like the way it looks. Despite being quite substantial in size, it does not look bulky because it blends in nicely with our carpets and general room decor.

Our three cats took to it immediately, with two of them sleeping on it for hours right after we put it together. I was concerned that maybe the platforms would not provide enough space, especially on the upper ones because all of our cats are quite big, but it works well and I feel that they enjoy the small "barriers" on the sides to curl up against.

What I really like about this company Armarkat is that they offer replacement parts - great idea. So if one of the platforms or poles wears out, you just re-order that part from them and voila, your tree looks good again. The parts are all lettered so it is easy to order the correct one when needed. A huge improvement over having to either live with a ratty-looking tree or buying a completely new one.

Some things I think could be better:
1. The weight of this tree is not as much as one would expect considering the size. I am a bit worried that it might fall over if the cats try to jump up too forcefully - it has already moved back and forth quite a bit on such occasions. We might have to anchor it to the wall.
2. The material used to cover the platforms is relatively thin, much thinner than on the trees that can be bought in pet stores. Time will tell how well this will hold up, and I will post an update in a few months.
3. The pom pom toys that come with the tree are a nice addition, however, they attach with very thin elastic bands to small loops on the undersides of the platforms. We did not use them because we have one cat who loves anything elastic and would have chewed on and ingested those in absolutely no time. We felt this was a safety hazard to our cats. Even with cats with no preference for elastics I would not feel comfortable to hang these on the tree. We cut off the bands and used the pom poms as throw toys. That worked well.

All in all though I think this is a very nice looking tree with plenty of space for multiple cats. It also accommodates different cat preferences - those who like to perch up high and those who like shelter are equally served by this model. My cats were on it while I was building it. These cats will not get off of this furniture. This is the best thing I did for my two little roommates. It was so easy to put together, and very sturdy for its size. I would recommend this to anyone with indoor cats or outdoor cats. This is definitely the best money I ever spent. Armarkat 57-Inch Cat Tree, Model B5701, Ivory Review

I got this for my cat Pavel for his 2nd birthday. He definitely likes it and is enjoying a nap on it right now.

It's solid/stable and easy to put together. The covering is soft and not just generic carpeting which you get on a lot of cat trees. The posts are all covered in sisal which is great.

It comes with 2 little fuzzy balls on elastic which I guess you put somewhere but I threw them out. It also comes with a really thick long piece of braided sisal that is on a nice heavy mount that you screw in underneath one of the floors which is nice and my cats really liked.

My other cat Rosalinda who is 1yr old also loves this. Overall great product and recommended to any cat.
