I found the diapers to run small, I had to go to the next size up. I have a medium size dog and have to use the XL size. I like how they come up high on her back which helps them from slipping off. I also cut a holes in regular baby diapers, but that is a hassle and if I don't get it right, they will leak or slip down. It would be nice if you could buy a package that has more then 12 in it.
