I was pleased with how quickly I recieved the whistle, it arrived two days after it shipped. Upon trying to use it, however, it only emitted air. I adjusted everything several times, but still nothing. It is not a silent whistle, so you should be able to hear something besides air. I played around with the top opening, covering part of it up with my finger, and I was able to get a slight, soft whistling sound from it, but this did little to interest my dog. Far as I can tell the opening must be cut wrong for the whistle to function properly. Well, what can you expect from a 3 dollar product I guess.
