I found the diapers to run small, I had to go to the next size up. I have a medium size dog and have to use the XL size. I like how they come up high on her back which helps them from slipping off. I also cut a holes in regular baby diapers, but that is a hassle and if I don't get it right, they will leak or slip down. It would be nice if you could buy a package that has more then 12 in it. These diapers are OK, but not great. Simple Solutions also carries a diaper at the Pet Store that has a print.
For some reason (maybe it's the extra print ink) they tend to hold more. They are definitely worth the extra dollar or two.
The diaper featured above...We go through they really quickly. They don't hold nearly as much.
