These pads work fine and all but there are 2 issues you must overcome to make these pads a winner.
1. The wet pad.
When our dog would use an already wet pad, he would then track pee all over the house. If the pad becomes too wet, he would eliminate next to it. If you buy these pads, I think the best solution is to get 2 2-packs and keep 2 down at all times. Also, don't get a pad smaller than the large one. The larger the pad, the more room your dog will have to use a dry spot. You will also be able to clean the pad a little less frequently.
2. Washing the pad.
Washing the pad manually is a nasty chore unless you like getting pee and poop juice on you. These pads hold up well in the washing machine, even with bleach. But if you are like me, you don't want to put pee and poop in your washing machine.

It's expensive but it's easier to clean and stays dry. We still use the pooch pads though. We took them with us to a pet friendly hotel. We had our dog gated in the kitchen while we were out. He used to pads without issue. Maybe you can buy both. :)
