I ordered Tinkle Belts for my senior dog. I admit I guessed at his waist size, and when the Tinkle Belts arrived (very quickly!), I discovered the belts were too small for my Jack Russell. I contacted the seller asking how I would go about making an exchange for a larger size. I got a quick response, telling me that I could keep the belts I had & donate them to a local shelter, and she would send out replacements asap! How great is that?? The belts work great...Jack doesn't seem to mind wearing them at all...and my experience with this seller has been nothing but WONDERFUL!Get more detail about Tinkle Belts.
