At the risk of not adding anything new to these reviews, I have to pile on and share my own frustrating experience with this product and company. I will preface this by saying that at $10 I knew there was a strong possibility this thing was a lemon, especially when most bark control products are selling for several times as much.
With that said, on to the failure:
- Incredibly Slow (and Expensive) Shipping: Took over 4 weeks to arrive
- Impossible to reach Customer Service by phone or email
- My neighbor's two mutts laughed at this thing.
