This was awful! Went through the setup and it worked perfectly. Testing on the dog and it didn't work. Seems to have a range issue. Changed batteries and tested range with device sitting upright on table. Stopped working at ~10ft. That's right, 10 FEET! Sent it back and ordered the PetSafe PDBDT and it works well, even through the house. Dog is running much less and listening much better.Get more detail about Innotek Basic Remote Trainer.
