This collar is eveything that it says it is. I originally thought that it was defective because it was not charging, or so I thought. After calling PetSafe customer service they sent out a replacement immediately even though I purchased it through Amnazon. Great customer service! Meanwhile, I tried one more time and I must have been doing something wrong because it charged and worked as it should have. I waited a week to be sure everything was working properly and I returned the replacment using the prepaid label they sent to be used on the defective unit.
