Great product! I taught my puppy how to use this in one day. I did say use, she learned how to press the button on command. It took about two weeks to get her to push the bell to go outside. Patience is key when training your dog with this. It works like a charm now! Actually the dog not only uses the bell to let us know that she has to go out, she presses it when she feels like she is not getting enough attention! Sometimes it backfires, but it is pretty funny!
