Buy 4 IN 1 REMOTE CONTROL DOG TRAINING SHOCK COLLAR

I have been looking for a way to help one of my 3 dogs from a very nasty habit- i thought this would be the last straw and would do the trick... unfortunately the collar batteries come disconnected from the connection every time we put it on him so when we try to vibrate the collar to get his attention it doesn't work so we haven't been able to use it- it has happened every time- we have tried ways to get the batteries to stay connected but it doesn't work. Is this a defect for the collar or is this how everyone else is- if so then I think I should return it. Please let me know!
