Hi, I ordered this via Amazon it was missing a piece. I called and they are shipping out a new piece. But it will take 5-7 days, after getting it via 2 day shipping.
I will update my review when I get the part to let you know if they beat the estimate.
I get mistakes are made, but 5-7 more days to wait for PetSafe's error seems a little much to me.
I was so excited to see it on my front porch but alas it's useless until I get my missing piece.
