PetSafe PRF-304W Deluxe In-Ground Fence Get it now!

We recently acquired a Jack Russell who loves to chase anything moving down the street...walkers, bikers, cars, etc. Our other two dogs are the instigators--although they typically stay in the yard, their alarm barks set our Jack in motion. Not anymore. It didn't take long (1-2 weeks) for him to recognize the beep sound, and that in itself keeps him from going further. It's been about a month now, and we don't think he's ever been zapped. Don't be afraid to try level 2 on yourself--it's mildly ticklish and not likely to deter any dog in my mind. We've set ours on level 3, but have yet to see the dog go beyond the "beep" zone. It was easy to install, and going across a driveway wasn't difficult either. Only the Jack Russell uses a Petsafe collar, and he loves seeing us get it out--jumps for joy knowing he's going outside and can now safely stay outdoors for lengthier periods of time. Since a large part of our yard is woods, the wire there was just laid on top of the ground and covered with leaf debris. We feel so much better knowing our dog can freely explore acres of private property, yet can't terrorize the neighborhood.Get more detail about PetSafe PRF-304W Deluxe In-Ground Fence.
